All offerings provided by Wakana Institute (“Wakana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are educational and experiential in nature. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in paid offerings.
Purchases, Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, outlined below, including a seventy-two (72) hour reflection window for eligible programs unless otherwise stated at purchase.

You agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. Misuse, redistribution, harassment, or exploitation of content or community spaces is prohibited. Wakana Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, recordings, written works, and intellectual property are owned by Wakana Institute or its licensors and are provided for personal educational use only. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms or communications, you consent to receive informational, educational, transactional, or program-related SMS messages from Wakana Institute. Message frequency may vary.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Refund Policy

Eligible programs include a seventy-two (72) hour reflection window beginning at the time of purchase.
Refund requests made within this window will be honored in full unless otherwise specified.
After seventy-two (72) hours, all sales are final.
Live sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Private or personalized sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
This policy exists to honor both participant discernment and facilitator preparation.

Community Guidelines

Wakana Institute’s learning spaces are grounded in responsibility, respect,
and nervous-system safety. Participation in community spaces is a privilege, not an entitlement.
Participants agree to:
Take responsibility for their own experience
Communicate respectfully and from personal experience
Maintain confidentiality
Refrain from diagnosing, fixing, or advising others
Honor facilitator boundaries
Harassment, manipulation, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in removal without refund.
By enrolling in any Wakana Institute program or community space, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
